"La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las personas de la recepción muy atentas, pero, durante la noche quisimos comunicarnos por qué no había agua caliente en la regadera y por qué la luz del balcón seguía prendida, pero no contestaron y nos quedamos sin podernos bañar y con la luz muy molesta durante toda la noche, también faltaba el asiento del WC ojalá tomen estos comentarios para mejorar el servicio."

"En general me gustó por las áreas verdes (zona boscosa) y las actividades que incluía: tirolesa, fogata, tobogán, zona de mesas de juegos (futbolito, billar, hockey), caminata por el bosque y otros. La comida estuvo decente. Lo único que pienso que podría mejorarse es el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y cambiar colchones ya que estaban muy duros y no descansamos bien."
