"This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing missing that pretty much all the guests agreed on….There is no safety deposit box in-room or available at the front desk. Kind of a confusing ommision for a premium hotel in Mexico. "

"Bonjour ! Malheureusement, je ne peux faire de commentaire positif sur cet endroit d’autant plus que le tarifs est clairement exagéré. L’endroit est exigu, tout de béton, propreté minimale. Le déjeuner est assez nul. Les œufs gris…… Le jeune travailleur cependant, gentil. Je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit."
