"We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto."

The property location was second to none, and the envy of the thousands of tourists passing by the luxurious front gate and vine covered portico. "We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again! "

"Great quality hotel in Taormina, comfortable rooms and really good & proper breakfast. Our favorite is the chef’s omelette! The balcony door is very sound proof, we can barely hear the noise from the street at night. There is an elevator to bring your luggages up. Very friendly staff and good service. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

Few minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and the tram that takes you to the beaches. Room is spacious but we wish there were a dresser with drawers. Highly recommend. "
