"The price was way to high for the condition of the hotel. The balcony door couldn't even close all the way, and the wind howled though all night long. Water stains on the ceiling. Definitely NOT a five star hotel! The only good thing is the view from the hotel."

"The property was very nice with a garden courtyard and fountain. The rooms were themed, clean, had wood stoves for heat, hot water, soft bath towels. Anna was an excellent chef and we had dinner and breakfast. The best food of our 8 day trip to Copper Canyon. They offered tours and transportation for a fee."
