"Absolutely perfect hotel. The facilities are beautiful and they’ve added the perfect finishing touches to everything. The hotel is a great location but I was a little concerned it might be loud because of that. It was absolutely silent in the rooms, so peaceful and quiet. "A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. "Well I stayed in the grand suite which had a huge outdoor balcony. The issue was the lights for the balcony were off. I asked the front desk on the first night if they could turn the lights on. They said they would call someone. No one came and lights stayed off. The second night I had the gentleman that was working the front desk come look at the problem he left and said he had to make a call to fix the problem. "It was a wonderful little boutique hotel! The staff was super friendly and very helpful with my walker. They operate a little lift to get up and down the stairs, and there is an elevator. The room was quite spacious, that hallways brightly lit and colored a gorgeous blue. The view from the rooftop is amazing! You can see the beaches, and the Sagrada Familia. "Good location if you want to be near gothic quarter. The room was really hot and the window had very little ventilation, you could hear everyone flushing the toilets. No elevator. But they did provide complimentary alcohol and drinks which was a cool perk. "
