"Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated."

"Read the other reviews and you will see this hotel will try and overcharge you. They never picked up the phone whenever I called them and never responded to any of the messages. Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. Even when hotels.com called them to dispute the higher prices they wanted to charge me the hotel never picked up the calls. "Wonderful and cozy studio apartment with all stated amenities and very close to Real Plaza Mall. Many cafes and restaurants in the area and nice little parks all around. Lovely neighborhood to walk around in. Communication was excellent and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the city center."
