"This hostel has closed down.
I was not informed of this prior to my scheduled stay and only found this out when I arrived to BA to find no one there or answering the phone. I had already paid for my booking and received a confirmation email for my booking earlier in the week I was due to stay. This should not be advertised as available via the Hotels.com website."
