"Very clean and staff were fabulous! The street below is loud (which we knew from previous reviews but were surprised at how late the noise went). Thankfully the balcony doors are excellent sound barriers but we had to have the A/C on all night The location is excellent for exploring old town and the 2 mountains. "10/10 recommend! We truly enjoyed our time at Hotel Arbaso and we would stay here again! It’s a beautiful hotel and the location is ideal. From the moment we got there to the time we left, the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. We had a problem with our flight and late one night we needed to use a local phone. Alicia at the front desk was patient and understanding. She tried her best to help us and that was much appreciated. Thank you to the whole staff who truly made our stay comfortable."
