"This is my third stay at this hotel & would never stay anywhere else. It’s minutes from the train station & walkable to all sites. The hotel itself is beautiful with a library room, bar & the breakfast included was perfect (scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, croissants, fresh orange juice, coffee…). We stayed in the top suite #601 w/ massive terrace & magnificent view of the Duomo. The room was clean & very comfortable. The front desk attendants were very friendly & helpful as was all staff. "

The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."

The location is amazing, it is SO central to everything from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the east building which is a separate building from the main building, it’s literally right next door to the main building, but it was fine because they actually upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again. "
