"Our stay at Villa Anna was short but absolutely amazing and one we will never forget. We stayed at Villa Anna our first night after landing in Brindisi and we received a warm welcome by Stefania and Margo. Stefania was incredibly helpful and kind. She ordered us pizza, got us a bottle of wine and snacks, and showed us the beautiful gardens and our lovely room. We landed late so she brought us the wine and snacks and we sat in the beautiful garden and ate our pizza and enjoyed the night. It was private and comfortable. It was the perfect start to our time in Italy. I would absolutely recommend staying at Villa Anna!"

"it was very nice stay just a bit difficult to get to and from without a car but is the city lack of public transport not the hostel, it was very new and clean my room and very big, maybe a bit noisy being next the reception but you can't have it all"

"We were given this accomodation after our awful experience in Ostuni. It was out in the sticks with nothing nearby. We arrived late so were offered dinner, which we welcomed as there was no alternative nearby. The food and rooms are basic with hard lumpy pillows and no real room service, attempting to make a bed and not actually do anything else is not room service in a so called 4 star hotel.. No kettle in the room and no wifi or phone signal. We ventured out one night but found the surrounding area devoid of life with everything shut. If we hadnt had a car we would have struggled. We checked out a day early but were charged 65 euro for our complimentary dinner. We explained, asked to speak to a manager but no one turned up. Expedia's customer service is not great when things go wrong. Putting us out in the sticks when we had booked a stay in ostuni was a horrendous experience. Thos hotel is tired and barely has the basics so save your money and do yourself a favour and book somewhere else."

"I stayed a week at the hotel Minerva and really enjoyed the amenities such as the convenient breakfast, pool, proximity to the highway, and nearby airport. Wonderful friendly staff to see each morning at breakfast with Caffe latte and a nice selection of baked goods and juices. "
