"I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for...

"Hotel San Giovanni sits right on the sea, a short tuc tuc ride from Polignano a Mare (the ride itself is half the fun). The staff couldn't do enough for us, from check in to check out they were fabulous, and breakfast was fresh, generous, lovely. A brilliant base for exploring the coast."

"I rarely write a review, this one deserves it! The staff contacted us prior to arrival to check if we needed anything and arranged us a seamless transfer to the hotel. They welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Anything we needed, they helped us with including laundry, car rental and other suggestions. Everything was 10/10. We stayed in the beachfront suite with amazing view !"
