"The outdoor pool and the service were great. The A/C was only in the living area and not in the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the A/C was a split unit with the outside portion on the balcony, so there was hot air blowing on us when we tried to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was average and not what I would expect from an 4-star hotel. Since the espresso bar was down, there was only coffee from a machine. We didn’t like the coffee so we went off property to get our morning cappuccino."

"Nous avons réservé à Zornitsa, mais avons séjourné chez Aya, nous revenons régulièrement depuis 2019. Notre court séjour a été bien agréable, malgré nos inquiétudes concernant l’agrandissement constant et la nouvelle administration. Nous recherchons le calme et le bon goût cependant, le luxe est le bienvenu! 😊 Le tout s'est très bien déroulé, cette fois-ci, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Dimiter, George&team (ça fait plaisir de vous retrouver!), le service impeccable au bistro (les sourires, merci!), le housekeeping soigneux et professionnel, et aussi, les soins de visage de Dessislava! Enfin, l’accueil, le service et l'expérience étaient au rendez-vous alors que l’entretien nécessite des efforts supplémentaires, mais le site reste magnifique et nous sommes conscients du travail colossal que cela prend. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, comme d’habitude, car cela reste le domaine de référence dans ce coin-là de la Bulgarie. Merci!🙏"

"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view."
