"Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also large and very clean. Restaurant options were tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were very accommodating - the battery died on my door lock and they had it fixed within 10 minutes. It might be time to update the air conditioners. It worked fine, it was just loud."

"This property was clean, well-maintained, nice size rooms, I liked how they were setup with the bathroom kinda in the center of the room. Breakfast were enjoyable plenty options to choose from. Located away from heavy traffic but close to everything. Minutes from the base and airport. Very enjoyable stay for me and my family."

"I was disappointed the place from the outside looks like a dump. Once you get in it's nice but you realize this was an outdoor motel of the 70s with a building built on top of it. The rooms are older and our shower head was about to come off. No one came and cleaned our rooms so the next night I canceled and went to a better hotel. This place might be good in a tight situation where you have no other place to stay but definitely not a 2nd or 1st option. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't excellent...

"There is no noise barrier you hear everything I mean everything. Doors slamming middle of the night walls banging from beds and or headboards. People yelling at each other. Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff and the property were excellent. We only had just a couple of issues with our room (fridge wasn't cooling and toilet wasn't flushing properly but that was probably due to a large number of people in the hotel due to a family reunion over the weekend) but once we connected the front desk, the issues were resolved almost immediately. The bed was so comfy, and the room was modern and spacious. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends visiting Columbia, S.C.!!!...

"Dan was one of the staff he is very nice he was very funny and he tried to help but the management did nothing the pool was absolutely disgusting it was filled with sand I reported it several times. the room had a odor we had to spray over and over again but overall it was okay Dan made it okay the bed slept well the pillows felt great even though my bed made noise but it still slept great if they clean the pool I will return and do better with the room smells"

"My check-in experience at Hampton Inn was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel itself is older, but it is still well-maintained, and I felt comfortable both inside the hotel and in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. While it appeared to have been wiped down, it did not seem thoroughly cleaned. "Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."
