"This hotel was beautiful however very hard to get to of course downtown parking was issue due to on going construction, also they put us on the 12th floor the view was poor looking into an office building , the room was nice but needed room key for lights unusual a bit annoying , the room was a furnace extremley hot tried adjusting the thermostat to turn on air conditioner it was a warm day outside temp set to cool would only go to 19 and it didnt work , so opened window but no screen buy the time morning came 24.5 degrees in the room it was awful . Other than that everything else was ok "

"Pleasantly surprised. Our check in was seamless. Room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast was your average continental, lots of variety. Perfect location with everything within walking distance. "

"The Carriage House Hotel and Convention Centre is a very nice hotel located in south central Calgary, making it very convenient to downtown, Chinook Centre, and other local sights. The hotel was well maintained, clean and has nicely appointed rooms, and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great and very accommodating when we needed extra supplies, or suggestions on where to eat or visit. The hotel offers free daily breakfast and free parking, which really helps out with controlling cost while travelling. There are a couple of restaurants and a pub on the property, and there are many local restaurants near by. We were pleased with our stay, and highly recommend this property if you need to be in the Calgary SW or SE areas. "

"Tv ,one light and phone wasn’t working , we complained at the front , it got fixed .there were no water bottles in the room and they said get it from wending machine "
