"Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioning was good. "
"Absolutely fantastic hostel, top notch manager Jeff who is there for your every need! Great passionate staff, Reece also deserves a mention great dude with heaps of passion! No negatives about this place!"
"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old.
Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.
The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone.
