Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service).

What a beautiful hotel, we were welcomed warmly by the staff from the airport ( pick-up was free) and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was also upgraded for free. We loved our stay in the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. 😊

The property is centrally located very close to the East Entrance of the park. It is clean and homey with cats and dogs. The thing that stood out for us was the lovely, helpful staff, especially the delightful Vivi who looked after us like we were family. Nothing was too much trouble, she arranged everything we wanted, bought our tickets, booked any events we wanted to attend, even ordered takeout food and a massage in our rooms. Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special.
It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park.

We had a wonderful stay here, it is a great location and all the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Chelsea who went above and beyond to help us with tickets and itinerary which made our stay even better. The on site restaurant served a fantastic selection of meals. We would recommend this place to stay wholeheartedly if you are visiting the national park.
