"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot."
