"After travelling through Europe, Italy and Switzerland, with different accommodation types delivering varying experiences, the San Gian Hotel was a beautiful surprise. Lovely appointed rooms with all the expected amenities and more. Breakfast, it is a full breakfast with cold and specially prepared hot dishes eg omelets, pancakes, etc. We had dinner at Viva Restaurant and it was one of the best meals in Switzerland. Will be back."

"The hostel room is clean and spacious. But there is no elevator. It is difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. I am a senior and the room is on the 3rd floor. When I asked the manager whether the seniors can get the rooms on 1st floor. She said no and we can get rooms with elevator in a more expensive hotel."
