"Staff were extremely friendly, they upgraded us to a nicer room, helped us out with renting bikes. Hotel room was lovely with some interesting DIY, but very clean and suitable for anyone. The area is amazing, with most basic amenities available within walking distance."

The only cabit is there are a lot of stairs so not recommendes with a lot of luggage or with people who have an issue with stairs. We happened to have both but made it work. "Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. The hosts were responsive. Overall, a 3-star /average rating is more than appropriate. Probably not worth visiting again unless no other accomodation is available."

Schöne und grosszügige Gartenanlage und Aussenpool, die Wellnessanlage wirkt etwas altbacken, war aber mehr als genügend und sauber. Ganz besonders symphatisch die tägliche Präsenz der Eigentümer und Herr Anton. "
