"A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. "We stayed here like most people because we were heading to Spa-Francorchamps the next day. The hotel seemed nice o line but was even nicer in person. Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant. "
"Ideally located on top of a hill near Spa, this is my little retreat away from the heat, pollution, dirt and noise of Brussels. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Philippe!). My room was very spacious, recently renovated, with a large balcony. Highly recommended."
"Prettige accomodatie. Mooi pand, prima ontvangst en afhandeling check-in. Nette kamer en bed met prima matras. Douche en toilet waren nieuw. Ontbijt was ook prima geregeld. Enige kritische noot is meer een advies nl. neem een handdoek op in het standaardarrangement. Net als je beddengoed wil je ook geen eigen handdoek meenemen als het voor kiest in een hostel te overnachten. Het was snel geregeld voor €1,50 maar het voelt alsof dat de dienstverlening nog verder verbeterd."
"Vraiment un séjour qui a surpassé nos attentes ! Un vrai havre de paix, un lieu cocooning. Des prestations à la hauteur des étoiles de cet établissement ! Tout est fait pour passer un séjour sur place, de la meilleure des façons.
Le restaurant est superbe, mention ultra spéciale pour le spa qui est juste somptueux. Je ne peux même pas décrire tellement c’était bien.
Piscine extérieure appréciable également, personnel hyper serviable et arrangeant

"Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day .

"Wonderful hotel, warm welcome from the owner Frank and his dog on arrival. The hotel is a friendly place, the room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning's was plentiful. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommended the hotel to anyone. Should we go back to that part of Belgium again, I would 100% book in to the hotel without hesitation ☆☆☆☆☆"
