U have to go to their main office nearby to collect the key it not listed u have to bargain very hard to get the address on the first floor not sign posted. "We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The front desk younger gentleman maybe manager was fantastic. He listened to our concerns and made sure we could park our car. I noticed every guest he was going out of his way for. Great customer service and nice hotel by the beach. Area was wonderful to walk around. We had a balcony and it was well worth it. "
