"Very enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean, bar and pool downstairs very welcoming and location good. Only criticism is the reception is not 24 hours and we had to self check in and out- that said the bags were put away. I did not like that there was no room available for people who were on later flights. Because of those had to get a shower at the side of the pool with our suitcases but in terms of value and location this is a small price to pay and the location and price and size outweighed fir us...

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into an atmosphere of luxury, relaxation, and genuine hospitality that made our holiday truly unforgettable.The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful facilities, incredible food, and breathtaking ocean views that we will never forget. Waking up each morning and looking out over the sea was one of the highlights of our trip. The entire property is impeccably maintained and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.What really sets TRS Ibiza apart is its outstanding staff. A special thank you to Alica and Jesus, who provided amazing service by the pool throughout our stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed while making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their positive energy and exceptional service made our days by the pool even more enjoyable.I would also like to thank Reme for the wonderful service at breakfast and lunch. Her warm personality, attentiveness, and professionalism made every dining experience a pleasure. "Todo fue excelente en el Hotel Leonardo Royal Ibiza, Santa Eulalia. Extremadamente limpio: las señoras de la limpieza son súper cuidadosas, limpian incluso debajo de las camas, las sábanas y el baño impecables. En cuanto a limpieza, todo perfecto. El trato en el restaurante fue excelente, la comida muy buena, súper variada: ensaladas, postres, bebidas, incluyen vino, cerveza, agua, refrescos. No hagan caso a los comentarios previos, lo recomiendo mucho. Pero les doy una estrella menos porque, en la noche, un hombre mayor fue muy grosero con nosotros :( es triste que por personas como él se tenga que castigar al resto del staff."

"The hotel looks new and is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the light on the balconies is so bright, the room doesn’t get completely dark even with the curtains and there’s no way to turn it off. We were hoping we hadn’t booked a party hotel but our neighbors were partying all night and it was loud. Aside from that, it does seem to offer an escape from the party scene. The pool area is only open from 11am-7pm which isn’t great if you want to watch the sunset and there were a number of us waiting past 11 for it to open before someone came to help. Overall, it was a fine experience and a nice hotel, but I likely would not stay here again."
