"Room was in the poor condition. Furniture and actually everything in the room looked old and very used. I would have rated it one star of five but they had Nutella at breakfast so + one star for them. Also internet speed was poor. "

"Room was warm, had the basics but hob didn’t work properly, staff were no where to be seen at any point of the trip, reception/restaurant seemed closed at all times and the whole site felt like there was 2 or 3 cabins in use, all at the furthest point from the carparking area"

"We had a great stay at J Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for Juventus fans. The hotel is beautifully Juventus themed with shirts, signed memorabilia and club items displayed throughout, which makes it feel very special. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The location is perfect for visiting the Juventus Stadium, museum and club shop as they are right next door. The hotel also has a Juventus merchandise shop inside. We were kindly offered free breakfast, which was very tasty with a good selection. There is also a restaurant and bar on site, along with plenty of seating areas, luggage storage, a gym and parking. The hotel is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Our room was excellent with a small balcony, large and comfortable bed, floor to ceiling windows, a large TV showing football channels, a fridge with complimentary water, a desk and a spacious wardrobe with a safe. The bathroom was modern and stylish with a large rainfall shower, bidet, heated towel rail, plenty of towels and good amenities. Heating and air conditioning both worked very well. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so you will need to use public transport, a taxi or drive. However, public transport in Turin is affordable and easy to use. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money."

"Spotless room, friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and very happy to offer suggestions. Good location with great public transport links into the centre and ideally situated for the Allianz stadium which was the main purpose of our trip. The only thing missing was coffee making facilities but with a cafe 10 metres away it wasn't really missed. Lovely stay, thank you for having us "
