Wonderful location and staff

This hotel is a gem the location the sea view the food the staff all I can say is amazing! There were 6 of us and we all had a great time thank you to everyone for making it so enjoyable

A lovely hotel

A nice hotel with a great vibe. Lovely staff and superb views. It can be a bit noisy in the day, with music round the pool, depends what you’re looking for? Great entertainment on the whole and the food was very good.

I have stayed at San Remo before many a time before it was taken over by Vibra. The all inclusive dining options were disapppintung and very limited options this time around. Also limited options for vegetarian and vegan.

Staff aren’t that great, food is terrible, have to buy a token for all inclusive drinks which they give you one cup which you have to remember to return when leaving the bar each time which is ridiculous as if you get drunk your not going to remember and then have to buy more tokens!!! Only staff member which was nice was the DJ!

Great hotel

I have to say this hotel was great. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The room was good, clean and the beds comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. The pool area was lovely and right across the road from the beach. There are shops just across the road and to walk to San Antonio took 20mins. The food on the All inclusive was the best i have been too. I am a fussy eater and i had plenty of options. I was very impressed. The only think i could complain about is the other guests noise and the hotel can do nothing about that. All around i couldnt recommended this hotel enough

Overall good experience.

Overall the stay was good. Didn't use the facilities apart from the gym, which was basic but enough to get the job done. The couple of times I made breakfast they had a good selection and was pretty decent. I booked a double room, which turned out to be two single beds pushed together - this is always disappointing as I have stayed places previously that have at least locked the beds together and provided a topper. For the price I paid I would have expected a better overall experience but cannot complain as I booked pretty last minute

There was very limited choice on the ‘all inclusive’ and the lunch and evening meals were very poor with most of the food inedible and cold (even though it should have been warm). Despite being all inclusive we eat out most nights. Room was very basic, beds were poor and entertainment at night was excessively loud and turned into a nightly rave. No one was sleeping before it was finished. Not a great choice for families, would not be returning any time soon. As a positive, staff were friendly room had a safe.

Awful service, Bad conditions, awful breakfast

As we arrived at the reception, they asked us to give out a print out of our reservation. Why is it needed? If the person who made the reservation is present with ID and all, why is it needed? I had to connect to the really crappy WIFI connection on the lobby (took me about 20 to send them my E-mail with the reservation). Yes I could have bought the "high-seep connection package" that they were selling, but why do I need to pay for something that I´m not gonna even use afterwards?. Apparently the guy that was attending us was new and made a mistake offering us to go to the breakfast buffet (we payed for 3 night stay - breakfast included, but of course, the arrival day is not included), I found it quite polite since he noticed that we were beat from the trip. But then the manager came and scolded the guy (infront of all customers) and told us really impolitely not to go to the breakfast room. I´ve worked in the service industry and if someone makes that type of mistake you correct it in a friendly matter. But I´m glad that we didn´t had breakfast that day, because the food was just awful for european standards, for example the ham tasted like plastic (all 3 days). The room gave the impresion to be clean (there was a sign that the toilet had been sanitized) but looking at the shower gave me another impresion. It was dirty! As it hadn´t been scrubbed in ages. Throught the journey in the hotel, the staff was fighting with each other, which made our stay really uncomfortable.

Das Hotel war nicht schlecht, leider konnten wir keine Nacht durchschlafen, da ungefähr bis in der Früh sehr laut war. Die jungen Leute, die nahmen keine Rücksicht auf die Nachtruhe und das Hotelpersonal interessierte sich nicht dafür. Schade.
