Major issues ruins otherwise good hotel

Could have been fantastic, since the area and hotel is nice by itself. But two nights out of 7 we were awaken by fire alarms. One of them going off for 90-120 minutes in the middle of the night with pathetic handling by the limited night crew. On top of that food poisoning one night and noisy neighbours late at night. Also the hotel actively promote reserving sun beds with towels (how can this still be a thing…). Pools awesome, entertainment awesome, if the food poisoning would be ignored, also food was good. But in total still bottom 5 total hotel experiences due to the mentioned issues out of approx 200 hotel visits around the globe.

Das Hotel ist ein klassisches Urlaubsresort. Es hat eine enorme Größe, ist den damit einhergehenden Herausforderungen jedoch gewachsen. In der Nachsaison merkt man, dass Ruhe einkehrt. Die Unterhaltung ist dementsprechend angepasst. Das Essen ist ein typisches Buffet-Essen, nichts aufregendes aber es reicht auf jeden Fall.

L’hôtel est vraiment super bien rénové, l’appartement est assez spacieux pour 4, propre, la literie est neuve, très bonne acoustique pour y être au calme si besoin. Les piscines sont spacieuses, bonne ambiance familiale avec des animations, de la musique. Le buffet est très copieux mais aucune spécialité espagnole c’est bien dommage. Le personnel est parfait, je n’ai pas vu une seule personne désagréable. Par contre les gens se gèrent sur les transats dès 7h du matin, voir même plus tôt, pour les réserver avec leur serviettes. Ils commencent à se libérer à l’heure de la sieste (espagnole). Sinon je recommande cet hôtel, on s’y sent très bien. Et Sa Coma reste super bien placé pour les visites.

Hébergement très salés, matelas très usé, équipement de la chambre pas adapté pour 4 *. les chambres et piscines sales, piscine intérieure pas chauffe seulement climatisé , sauna ne fonction pas bien, mais point positif sur la restauration. Buffet diversifie avec plein choix.

No volvería. Cúmulo de despropósitos

Lo único bueno, el personal amable y atento. Está sólo pensado para extranjeros que no salen del hotel. Primero, para reservar los restaurantes temáticos, sólo puedes reservarlos de 2 a 5 el mismo día con la wifi del hotel. Lunes y jueves, no hay servicio de limpieza por descanso del personal (no he visto ninguna de las anteriores nunca en un hotel de 4 estrellas). El hotel es enorme y la habitación estaba en la otra punta, 10 minutos andando desde recepción, y cada 2 por 3 la tarjeta no funcionaba y había que volver a hacer el recorrido para activarla en recepción. La ducha todos los días después de la limpieza, sucia con arena, hasta un día con un bastoncillo de oidos que no estaba ahí antes de la limpieza. La manta de la cama supletoria (sofa abierto para habitación triple) era de la postguerra con mil pelotillas. Desayuno de 8 a 10, y fuera de ese horario, no hay picnic, hay una sala con café y 4 cosas como pan bimbo en su bolsa tal cual del super, embutido que lleva ahí toda la noche seco, ni fruta, ni bolleria... 2 tostadas de pan bimbo con aceite pude desayunar, y ni pinzas para servir. Las cenas, cierran a las 21h... vamos, que como pienses recorrer Mallorca levantándote pronto y aprovechando el día, ni desayunas, ni comes, ni cenas. No hay indicaciones ni carteles de nada, te vuelves loco buscando los restaurantes, buscando donde se puede fumar (zona de fumadores con mesas y ni un cenicero, una basija para las colillas). Y podría decir mil cosas más pero no da esto

Le personnel pour le ménage et aux repas, les animateurs, les réceptionnistes, tout le monde était génial ! Chambre/appartement propre et assez grand pour nous 4. Seul petit bémol, la piscine ouverte de 10h à 18h : avec des enfants en bas âge qui se lèvent tôt et font encore la sieste il nous reste peu de temps pour en profiter. le repas de midi servi à partir de 13h fait également tard pour des enfants en bas âge. Vous avez la possibilité de prendre un snack avant 13h mais ce n'est pas très sain pour les petits. On reviendra surement un jour !

Bon séjour!

Chouette séjour à l’hôtel Protur Safari Park. Beaucoup d’activités à faire, personnel accueillant et disponible. Grand plus pour les restaurants disponibles. Petit moins, les chambres sont bruyantes (passage dans les couloirs), monde à l’hôtel (file pour réserver les restaurants, files dans les buffets).

Das Hotel ist sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern. Es bietet sehr viel Abwechslung und tolle Aktivitäten. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls Top, man zu Fuss etwa 10 min. ans Meer. Die Poollandschaft ist genial. Es hat von Babybecken bis hin zu richtigen Pools einfach alles. In den Babybecken, könnte das Wasser etwas wärmer sein. Was ich persönlich sehr schade fand, war dass die Zimmer wirklich sehr Ringhörig sind. Wenn jemand im Gang vorbeiging und geredet hat, dachte man wirklich die stehen halb im Zimmer. Was kann man zum Essen sagen…. Wenn man bedenkt, dass für 500 Personen gekocht werden muss, ist es in Ordnung. Wer einen coolen Urlaub erleben will, bei dem die Preisleistung stimmt, der ist in dem Hotel genau richtig.

Trevligt hotell med en riktigt bra all inclusive.

Trevligt hotell med en riktigt bra all inclusive. Det är mycket folk överallt men det var högsäsong. 2st fina minigolfbanor som ingår. Rummet var stort med ett separat sovrum. Sängar lite hårda. Köket på rummer rör man typ inte men det fanns allt som behövs. Trevliga pooler men mycket folk i. Det var sagt att de stänger pooler kl 18 men ingen klagade på att man fortsatt i vattnet till sent kväll. Det bästa är maten! Allt var gott och bra kryddad. All inklusive drinkar på kvällen serveras av trevlig personal och det var fantastiskt. 4 olika restauranger förutom stora buffén som man bokar plats på - pga mkt folk så vi hann bara med grillen vilket var toppen. Incheckning/ utcheckning utan köer och väntetid. Parkering utanför gratis. Stranden Sa Coma var inte så bra, flera andra var bättre. Men området är lungt och vackert. 1 timma från flygplatsen och Palma.

Ferie med små barn

Litt harde senger, men god plass i leilighetene for 2 voksne og 2 barn. Det var vanskelig å få booket bord på temarestaurantene, men buffe restauranten hadde god og variert mat. Frokosten kunne godt vært til kl. 11 istedenfor 10.

Gang i den med larm

Hotel med gang i den og underholdning. Hotellets udformning er som en hestesko og der er meget støj i midten. Det kan måske være for meget men så må man bede om værelser som peger væk fra musikken, ud mod de andre hoteller. Larm på gangene, bør de gør noget ved. Folk der skal tidligt afsted larmer og børn der løber larmer
