Because of the careless way the room was cleaned, we became very concerned about whether our belongings inside our suitcase were safe and whether our privacy had been properly respected.
I understand that the hotel was fully booked due to a group stay and that the staff may have been very busy. However, we expected at least a basic standard of service.
