"Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return."

Our room had a great view of the Pantheon although it was not large, but it fit two people comfortably. There was also plenty of restaurants just steps away. We liked very much Monica - The Lady that runs the place and goes out of her way to help. The big problem was the fact that the place has no elevator. Monica helped us to bring the luggage up on about 30 steps to our room. We have no idea why Expedia is ignoring this fact and why there is no mention of the elevator absence in the booking process."

"Wonderfully repurposed facilities with rich history in a bustling area right across Pantheon on Piazza Della Rotonda. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There’s plenty of space to put your clothes and luggage. Bathroom is comfortable and very clean. There’s a flight of stairs that you have to carry your luggage to the lobby. there’s an elevator from that floor to all the above floors. Staff was very friendly and they have a porter that will carry your luggage upstairs to the lobby. I would...

"Amazing location with lots of shopping, restaurants and sites all within walking distance. Room was clean and a good size for our group of two. Bed was incredibly comfortable which is nice after long days of walking. The host was very good with communication and helped us get our luggage up the stairs upon arrival and then again upon departure. Would absolutely stay here again."
