"They start breakfast as warly as 4.30am which is perfect for those who booked early entrance. Hotel is located in a less busy part of the town, though it seats at the street that all the busses use to go up to Machu Pichu. Also, at night, we felt tremble due to train passing, but didn't bother us too much."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is truly world-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories from our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Great location, close to the city center square. It did have an elevator as well so that was a bonus for me as the elevation impacted me immensely. The rooms did not have heat but there was a space heater that warmed up the room really well. The bathroom was small and the shower did not drain well so that was a small issue. Breakfast was basic some fruits and cereal with a couple meat options but I didn’t eat much the entire trip with the Diamox altering my taste. Don’t leave any food or candy out as ants will swarm it. Good stay overall and would recommend it just be aware this is not a North American 5 or 4 star for that matter."

"We had a great stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location—just a short walk to the train station, as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We’d definitely stay here again."
