This place was great! Excelltservice from all staff members at all times! The lobby was clean, room and pool areas were clean. Only reason for not going a full 5 stars across the board was when we tried calling the front desk after 930pm for extra blankets, there was no answer. We tried calling multiple time over a 30 minute period even reached out to housekeeping with no answer Overall good experience I would recommend this place for sure

Property is outdated, rooms are outdated. The room was clean. Cable for living room wouldn’t stay in the wall so tv kept cutting out. Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned, sink was cracked, debris in lines that once forgot to be grouted. Wood furniture was stained. AC was loud. Pool was dirty with towels and trash.

This place was good, not the best Embassy Suites I’ve been to. The staff was great, but we got locked out of our room multiple times where they had to reset our key cards so we could get in. The place was older for sure, but it wasn’t too bad. I would say it’s a good bang for your buck, because it was pretty well priced.

We will never return to this hotel. We spent 3 nights. The queen sofa bed was more like a full size bed with a thin mattress with very palpable springs. The room was not cleaned at all during the stay, it was damp and musty smelling. On Saturday night, there was no parking at all and the security guard told us to park on the only spot of fire lane left. Our car and the car next to us were egged and just to top it off, we got charged for the nightly parking. The hotel is run down. The only positive was the friendly and helpful breakfast crew. Felt like we were staying at a motel without the price.

Well for starters the hotel cleanliness was terrible. I have stayed at a countless number of Embassy Suites and I have never been so disappointed this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Hallways looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months elevators broke down full of garbage. We had to go buy colored wipes and wipe down our room. Floors hadn’t been swept. Overall room looked very rundown. Staff upon check in was not helpful or friendly, shuttle drive from the airport to the property was very unprofessional after we had waited 45 min for her to pick us up. I will say staff upon check out were very polite friendly shuttle driver on our return trip to the airways excellent!!!

I had previously stayed at this location multiple times and never had the problems that I had this last time that I had the elevators weren’t working so all the people checking in were able to get to their rooms but the people that needed to get from their rooms down to the lobby couldn’t get there because there was only one elevator working. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were also amazing. It would’ve been nice if the elevators were working, and the pool was operable.
