"Excellent stay. Friendly, helpful service. Clean room. Lush gardens. The breakfast was much better than comparable hotels that I’ve stayed at. Good quality food. Fresh fruits, fritattas, yogurts, fresh pastries. We checked out the bikes and rode to the mission. Close to the train station: 1/2 mile and State Street. "

"First time stay in SB, easy access to the beach (walking distance), parking on-site with quick access from room and car, we selected this motel because it’s dog friendly (we traveled for a wedding), they have water bowls throughout the property (which get fresh water every morning), there’s designated doggy release area with doggy bags. Also the entire staff is friendly and welcoming, they also offered welcome doggy treat to our pet when checked in. I will definitely stay here again in the near future. We give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This was my husband and I’s second time at this hotel and it is always such an amazing stay! Everything about this hotel is so intentional and the design is truly unique. I love how they utilize space and create an amazing calming ambiance. The staff were friendly, the check in and checkout is so quick and easy. Everything is clean and the free drip coffee was just a great addition. This is our go to stay in Santa Barbara and will always be! :)"

"Room was clean, but had multiple light bulbs that were out and a bathroom light/fan switch that didn’t work. Staff was not very friendly. Location is good, with lots of restaurants within walking distance."
