"No owner support, dirty room, no blankets or bed cover, no pillow cases, no towels, filthy bathroom sink, WiFi did not work, no internet. We will never stay in this unit again. When we contacted the unit owner she texted and said she could not talk to us because she was in a meeting. Horrible experience."

"Had a great stay here and every staff member I came across was so kind & helpful. The room was clean, modern and the gym, pool & sauna were well maintained. The staff was very good at making sure all your needs are met. Came in on a Saturday to try the dim-sum buffet and it did not disappoint. Thank you, Jayson for your hospitality! Highly recommend this Marriott if you’re in Iloilo City. Aside from the hotel itself, the surrounding area is great if you like to run, bike or walk as there is lots of open space."
