For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones. No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente."

"The staff were very good the facility was in great shape for its age the rooms I stayed in were all updated the free breakfast was quite something lots of options but in general the staff were very courteous efficient polite while there were language barriers the new AI chat translation tools were very helpful they use them as well as I and that seemed to solve most issues with communication"
