"The room we got had no resemblance whatsoever with the pictures on hotels.com It appeared like a totally different hotel. Never in my life have I witnessed such a big difference between advertisement and product. I would never book here again."

"I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room."

"Staff was top notch. Public areas were very nice but the room and especially the bathroom was dated. Breakfast was excellent and downtown location was convenient. Very nice hotel."

"Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's. "
