"The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement."

"Great location for an event at the SAP center. Super clean and the gentleman that ran the lobby was very friendly and helpful. Free parking is a nice bonus. Would stay there again and recommend."

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Our check in was super easy we were able to do an early check in. You must pay for parking that is not included in the price of your stay, the stalls are very narrow. The elevators had a smoke like smell even though it clearly says nonsmoking. As we entered our room it was decent the beds were really big and the room had shutters instead of the curtains. "The property is old and it's obvious. That said, it well located and comfortable/clean. The best part about De Anza is 100% the staff. The front desk folks were more than helpful and accommodating - even upgrading us at no charge because we added a person to our reservation and there was only one option with two beds left (the suite). Kudos to the staff -- they were amazing!"
