"The staff were super nice & very accommodating. We were greeted with smiles & all of our questions were taken care of even though we did not speak the language. The girls at reception printed off maps for us & showed us how to get to where we wanted to go to meet up with our friends. Our luggage was stored safely until we were ready to leave for the airport which was such a great help to us given we were not flying home till very late this evening.
