When I checked in I was not informed there was a shuttle service to the city center so I spent money on taxis which was unnecessary. The first night I was visiting my daughter and reached out to the hotel to call a taxi. This request was refused! My cell could not make the call. The third night I stayed in a room in the main part of the hotel. This was a much nicer space - brighter and no musty...
