"The staff is very kind. The hotel is older, but very clean. The location is right in the middle of the touristy parts of Florence. The breakfast is basic. We heard no noise the whole time -- it was a peaceful place."

"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"
