Amazing stay

Good location, everything is in walking distance. Clean and big rooms! Shower especially was really nice, big, hot water and the water pressure was better than usual in hotels!

Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room).

As advertised, the 8th floor apartment was clean and spacious with an incredible view from the large windows and the corner balcony. The four of us slept well in the queen bed and 2 single beds that we requested. The staff was especially helpful in assisting us with checking-in later than we had anticipated.

I like the fact that Santa Cruz is a real city where local people live and work and go to school, and not only for tourists; a good mix. I wanted to iron a shirt and was surprised to learn that they did not have a single iron anywhere in the hotel.

Nightmare started when I saw Cockroaches, first in the bathroom under toilet paper, then in the bedroom. Large and small. Old and dirty beds.

Todo estupendo. Lo único, deben publicar un número de teléfono para contactar antes de la llegada, por ejemplo para informar hora aproximada de check-in, o preguntar si se puede ampliar la estancia, etc. Llegar así a ciegas, sin poder contactar por teléfono, porque no lo cogen, puede ser una experiencia un poco desoladora. Recuerden que a algunos huéspedes, principalmente mayores, nos gusta más una rápida respuesta al teléfono que enviar un mensaje en la plataforma, que llegará, y contestarán a tiempo, a lo mejor... o no, como fue el caso esta vez.

Das ein und aus Checken vom Hotel war super einfach Das Hotel liegt super central Das Zimmer war sauber, leider sehr dunkel. Terrasse auf dem Dach mit Tischen und Blick auf den Hafen.. Würde das Hotel nochmal buchen.

En realidad, me encuentro disconforme con el trato recibido por parte de Expedia debido a la falta de atención hacia el problema con mi reserva. El 19 de octubre de 2025 realicé una reserva para los días del 2 al 4 de noviembre de 2025, por un importe de 125,10 €, y se me asignó el número de itinerario 73278621184604. Por motivos médicos —que fueron la razón principal de mi viaje y estadía en Santa Cruz de Tenerife—, el 22 de octubre tuve que adelantar mi viaje y, en consecuencia, modificar mi reserva en el Hotel Atlántico Centro, ubicado en la calle Castillo 12, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Realicé la modificación directamente desde la interfaz de la página web, sin inconvenientes, cambiando la estancia a las fechas del 27 al 30 de octubre. Sin embargo, en lugar de cobrarse únicamente la diferencia correspondiente a un día adicional, se me realizó un nuevo cobro por 192,60 €. Tras notar esta situación, comencé a comunicarme con Expedia. El personal me informó que estaban intentando contactar con el hotel, pero que no habían logrado respuesta y que no podían gestionar el reembolso, pues éste dependía del establecimiento. Al llegar al hotel y explicar el caso, me confirmaron que nunca recibieron el pago correspondiente a la primera reserva y que el reembolso debía gestionarlo Expedia. Por todo lo expuesto, solicito que se proceda al reintegro del importe cobrado indebidamente a la mayor brevedad posible. Agradezco de antemano su atención y pronta respuesta.
