Dream Inn Santa Cruz
AC is very loud. Staff would not accommodate either early check in nor late checkout. The room bathroom tile had missing sections of grout.

The grounds were very nice. There was no need to charge $3 for bottled water and charge for Netflix. The room’s cost should easily have covered that.
