We had a great stay in the green room everything was excellent very clean comfortable bed welcoming drinks and snacks very quiet everything was excellent recommend to people who are interested.. Thank you Kasia for everything we will try to book in the future again.

Its difficult to find superlatives that match the enjoyment we had at the Albatroz. Its a stunning location and everything was right from the check-in to the check-out. The staff at the Hotel have a value set and desire to provide service that is matched only by 5 star establishments, and in my estimation this certainly is a 5 star Hotel. We plan to return, and frankly cant wait to do so. Go and enjoy!!

We stayed at this hotel for the duration of our week in Madeira & cannot really find a fault in anything. We stayed on a 'bed & breakfast' basis which suited us well as we didn't know what we'd be doing each day as there is such a vast amount to do in Madeira. My wife and I needed last minute accommodation following a flight cancellation. We booked a night here and were treated so kindly from the moment I called to confirm our room type to checkout. We both wished we had spent more time in this beautiful room during our honeymoon and will look to stay here upon our return to Madeira.

Our stay in March was spent at this excellent hotel, staff were friendly and courteous ,food was of a very high standard and as we used the buffet rather than A La Carte there was always more than enough choice and quantity. We stayed for 5 nights and had the most relaxing and lovely time. Nice promenade in front and 5 mins drive from airport. Make sure you book free transfer to Funchal at the reception. We loved the hot stone massage. Food was awsome including the daily evetns at the bar e.g. parrot show, live music etc. Pick up a local bus timetable at the reception. 2 mins walk to the local bus stop going to Funchal,Airport and Machico beach. we were pleasantly surprised by this friendly hotel in the lower region of the Canico village. There's a grand terrace with beautiful views of the ocean, something you won't get in the Funchal hub. Nice restaurants in the area with only locals say it all. everything you need is on your doorstep. rent a car! and explore the island. walk the paths! learn from the staff where to go to... they are the experts. what a nice time we had, especially when we surprised the kitchen with this 9 people...
