It’s a gated oasis between the airport and Tikal. Beautiful room with lake views. Jacuzzi is as lovely as expected. However the museum and the boat trip to see spider monkeys are above expectations. Quality of meals could be better for the price.

An excellent choice for lodging on trips to Petén. The hotel is remodeled and very well maintained. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed it. The restaurant is also good, and there's no need to go out to eat. We really liked that the room had a small refrigerator, which came in very handy. The property is excellent for walking around.

Orginally planned to stay one night, but on arriving we knew we wanted to stay a second. Everything from the cocktail by the lake to greet us and the friendly, attentive staff, to the lovely rooms, idealic setting and the superb food were perfect. We left wanting to stay longer.
The food deserves a further mention. A fair selection of creative dishes, cooked to perfection. The steak a la bernais trumps that I've had in some of London's best Argentinian steak houses and the dijon style chicken...

Lovely spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Free lancha to Flores and will also arrange to take you across outside of hours e.g. for Tikal at sunrise trip. Pool area could do with bit of TLC, but there is a huge lake to swim in. The mattress was way too hard for my taste, but otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

Modern and great staff all making the stay amazing and yet not diluting the fact that man is really in the jungle! To keep up such good standards in this location takes some doing!

2 night stay in Flores, staff were very helpful and helped with bags, our questions and taxi to the airport.
We had the very top room with a great view over the water and our own spiral staircase! The town is small so easy to walk around and get everywhere from here.
