"Absolutely incredible stay at Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda 🤍 From the moment we arrived, everything was just seamless. The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and truly designed to help you switch off. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and it really felt like they catered to our every need throughout our stay. A special shout out to the bar team — Andrei Jr, Andrei (Bar Manager), Robin and Jack — who made every evening so enjoyable. Their service, attention to detail, and warm energy didn’t go unnoticed and honestly elevated the whole experience. Also a big thank you to all the spa staff, who were always so kind, welcoming and genuinely pleasant to us. You can really feel the level of care and professionalism in everything they do. "This is a 3 star property at most. Beautiful surroundings and nice beds. However, we started off on the wrong foot with the manager being fairly dismissive about us being unhappy with the room. There are to premium rooms that are amazing, those are the ones photographed and places on the website as the Deluxe option. We were given a room half the size with an AC unit beaming out hot air on a tiny balcony. Eventually, after us calmly explaining why the room wasn’t what we expected and didn’t feel safe with a crawling baby, the manager eventually gave in and moved us to the room pictured on the website. Later we found out that people who paid for superior were placed in the other deluxe with massive eterrace. Good for them, but strange why the manager was adamant we were in the right room from the start. Other staff lovely, gym room too hot but well equipped, not enough sunbeds but the lake is across the road. "
