"I enjoyed my stay very much. Polite, smiling and motivated staff, everything clean in room and in the common areas. I would rate it as a strong 3.5 with 4 star amenities. The only thing that needs mentioning is that it’s located on a somewhat run down street. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the view was pretty awful. I would ask for a rear facing room next time. "

"We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. "Nous avons réservé cette chambre en urgence due à l’impossibilité pour nous d’atterrir à Funchal, Madère. Malgré une arrivée le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement réservée (le lit n’était pas fait), le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre qui était meilleure que la première, et notre séjour d’une nuit fut reposant et agréable."
