"Our room was basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a nice location, easy to walk to everything and access the train to the monastery. The walls of the hotel are very thin so you can hear most everything in all the other rooms so bring ear plugs! Staff is very nice. "

"I encountered several issues during my check-in process. The staff member at reception was also responsible for working the bar, which resulted in long queues and a very slow check-in experience. Furthermore, the first two keys I was provided did not work. Each time I had to return to the desk to resolve this, I had to wait for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes respectively. Ultimately, I had to be moved to a different room. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the young man who worked the reception in the evening was super helpful. "We are very impressive with this vineyard hotel. The house is pretty sitting quietly next to a small town and surrounded by grapes plant. They have two cute donkeys, four geese’s, a few goats and bunch of chickens which we enjoy sometime with. We love the view from our balcony, from kitchen, even from the bathroom! It provides relaxing countryside vibe to us. The manager is also very helpful. "
