Rooms look to be recently updated. Lobby still needs some work. Only downside is the homeless people hanging around the outside of the fence of the property.

The air conditioning works well. They offer soft drinks and coffee at reception, but they don't have water. We bought some at a small shop next to the hotel. The only drawback was the noise of someone pacing nonstop all night in the room above ours.
