We rented two condos for our group of eight and had a very enjoyable stay in Huatulco. The condos are well managed and the rooms were large, modern, and very comfortable. The location was an added bonus as we could walk to several fabulous beaches in minutes. We were also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the central tourist district. We would heartily recommend Condominios Brisas Del Mar to anyone interested in experiencing Huatulco!

A lot of difficulties with this listing. Arrived to no drinking water, one skimpy towel per person and no bath mats. Mistakes get made so was willing to overlook that. Then one day we woke to no water without notice. There was work taking place. Again understandable but notice was the least we could ask. Toilets were not flushing etc. we were asked to park in a specific spot to accommodate the work. We happily complied. Next morning we were asked to move our car. We said we would in 15 minutes so we could dress to do so. When we got down they decided to block our path with a dump truck and and refused to move. They workers were aggressive and threatening for no reason. We had to insist they move by standing in front of our car. They finally moved. I reported this to the contact who suddenly no longer responded to my texts. We lost our parking spot for the rest of the week without explanation. Never heard back from him again Needless to say we were really disappointed with this listing and the way we were treated

Tiene las 3 B

Excelente ubicación, estratégica si llevas auto para visitar las playas, el edificio cuenta con elevador, rentamos dos espacios, ambos con dos habitaciones y dos baños completos, cocina con utensilios (te dan café, aceite y jabón) no cuenta con microondas pero sí con jarra eléctrica, cafetera. Hay lavadora y secadora. El lugar mejor que en las fotos, regresaría de nuevo.

Todo muy bien. Lástima que el jacuzzi no sirvió 😣. Pero hubo una segunda opción de rescate. El dueño muy amable al responder cualquier duda ☺️. Muy agradable instancia.

Todo fue super execelente, se acomodó a todas nuestras necesidades. El super se encuentra muy cerca y hay tiendas a los alrededores, también está muy accesible la distancia para la playa 🏖️. El lugar es muy agradable,cuenta con todos los servicios, las habitaciones son cómodas , el lugar está muy limpio . Todo funciona muy bien . Y la seguridad es muy buena .
