"Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Spanish Steps were only 20 minutes away. We chose to walk every where so we could explore. Rome is such a beautiful city. Hive was perfect. Would stay here again."

"Pretty disappointing stay. Shower was brutal with the shower head on the side instead of the end of the shower so you constantly had the shower curtain hugging your body. Gross. Room wasn’t well cleaned and breakfast was pretty poor."

"Great location. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was odd we had to leave our room key with the front desk every time we left. The front desk staff were quiet and didn’t ask if we needed any recommendations etc. We were surprised that there wasn’t a coffee/espresso maker in the room. "Room was Clean. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was a big spread but just okay. Outside street noise is very loud and the rooms gets very warm so you have to have your window open to cool them off."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "
