The Sandman Santa Rosa Sonoma, an Ascend Collection Hotel
When I arrived the front desk staff refused to swipe my credit card when the chip wouldn't pick up, she said she wasn't allowed because people had desputed their charges, not sure how that's relevant to how you run it. There were no towels in the room at all and the room smelled like old food

Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country Petaluma
