"Staff was lovely and helpful. The views and location were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. We only had an issue with the hot water in the shower which we brought to staffs attention and they said they would look into it asap."

"La habitacion que nos tocó con balcoņ es pequeña pero muy completa suficiente para una corta estadia, sin embargo el ruido de los trenes era unsoportable. Lamentablemente las ventanas no son antiruidos."

"El chek in fue algo lento y tuvimos que esperar las habitaciones son pequeñas especialmente el baño, el desayuno si estuvo bueno solo que algo temprano, ideal si tienes tours muy temprano pero no si quieres descansar hasta tarde, tuve problemas con el agua caliente pero tuve que esperar para bañarme buena ubicación a los baños termales, cansado para subir y bajar desde la plaza"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is truly world-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories from our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!"
