"The walls of the rooms are really thin so you can hear what your neighbor is doing. It’s pretty terrible if there is a crying child early in the morning or late at night. We didn’t have any hot water during our showers and there were several dark hairs on our clean towels and in the bathroom. The property is lovely but they just need to dial in on some key issues that make or break an experience."

"My experience here was horrible. I was traveling with my two kids and booked a non smoking room double bed room. However I received a room that had a strong smell of smoke it even made our lungs hurt and bed stains all over it was disgusting . We were there for a soccer tournament and there’s no way I was going to let my kids stay there. So I requested another room, the girl at the front desk initially said there weren’t any available and then she switched it to, there’s only a king size available to which I agreed. However upon trying to make the switch the girl informed me that the king size room was no longer available as it had been pre booked. At which point I was left without a room with two kids in the middle of the night. "
